Why we wrote this ebook

Our vanlife journey began in 2013 in a tiny Citroen Berlingo, we didn’t venture that far in it (Wales, Scotland and France) but it was enough to enlighten us about vanlife and how it is one of the best ways to travel.

Fast forward one year and we moved into our VWT4 full-time, immediately heading north. This was before internet was readily available on mobile phones as you travelled abroad, so we would spend time in coffee shops using their free wifi to research as we went.

The further we adventured throughout the Nordics the deeper we fell in love, and over the past 8 or so years we’ve been back many times to explore more, eventually putting all our knowledge in one place: right here in this ebook.
